A Note to our Valued Customers:
- If paying by credit card, please be sure to type your billing address EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS ON FILE WITH YOUR BANK and on your monthly statement. Failure to do so could result in your credit card being declined.
- If you are using a Bank Debit Card and your payment is not approved, to avoid duplicate charges please contact us to manually process your order.
- For security purposes, most orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card being used for payment.
- We can only ship to an address other than your billing address if you pay via PayPal with a "confirmed" address.
- Please be sure that your shipping address is a U.S. street address, we are unable to ship most orders to P.O. Boxes.
