What is your Return Policy for Media?
As with all of The Music Motel products, recordings, videos and software may be returned for credit, substitution, or a full refund (less the shipping and handling charges).
Due to the nature of these media items, they must be in their original, sealed shrink-wrap packaging and in un-opened condition.
No opened recordings, videos or software will be accepted for return.
In the rare event that a media item is defective, it may be returned for a replacement of the same product.
In addition to following the standard Return Authorization procedure, please be sure to include with the return a detailed description of exactly what the defect is -- for example, "CD skips on the fourth song at 8:18” or "no video picture at 3:30 minutes".
Defective media items will be replaced with the same product only.
Media items that cannot be confirmed as defective upon our inspection will not be accepted for replacement.
Please note that some irregularities in recordings or videos may not qualify as defects but may be the result of the transfer of historical or other material of lower quality - for example, frequently, vintage recordings have surface noise or other imperfections that cannot be removed from the original.
Also please be sure that any software is fully compatible with your hardware by verifying the system requirements prior to purchase.
