What is your Return Procedure?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery of the product to obtain a Return Authorization number, and the proper return-shipping address.
You may contact us via email at Returns@theMusicMotel.com .
The Return item must be shipped to us prepaid within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment.
Be sure the return item is well packed and complete with the original packaging and all other materials, and we strongly recommend that you insure it for its full value since we cannot assume responsibility or allow credit for returned items that have been damaged in shipping.
Returned items shipped after the 30 day period, or returned without a Return Authorization may be refused or charged a minimum 25% restocking fee.
