Do you Ship Musical Instruments on a Trial, or "Try to Buy" Basis?
The short answer is, "No".
We encourage our customers to research and test and do as much "homework" as possible before purchasing a musical instrument online from us or any other dealer. Although we do accept Returns as detailed in our Return Policy, we do Not recommend purchasing any musical instrument with the thought in mind of "well, I can always return it if I dont like it".
In general, Musical Instruments are fragile and can be damaged in transit or by extremes in weather, humidity, and temperature. We try to minimize the shipping involved in order to lessen the chances that an instrument may be damaged in transit.
In addition, there are shipping and handling fees, administrative costs, credit card processing fees- all of which add up and make a "Trial" or "Try to Buy" system impractical for us here at the Music Motel. |
