What is your Return Policy for Musical Instruments?
As much as we make every effort to detail each item as clearly as possible in our product descriptions, we realize that there are times when the musical instrument you received may simply not be what you are looking for. If you are not satisfied with a musical instrument it may be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange, store credit, or a full refund of the product cost (domestic US customers only). When procedures are properly followed there are no restocking fees.
Items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packing carton, complete with all materials, blank registration cards, manuals, and showing no sign of wear or abuse. In the event that the product is not in unused condition you may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, a repair charge, or the Return may be disallowed at our sole discretion.
Credit card returns are issued a credit for the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product to obtain a Return Authorization number and the proper return-shipping address. You may contact us via email at Returns@theMusicMotel.com. The Return item must be shipped to us prepaid within 7 days of your receipt of the shipment. Be sure the return item is well packed, and we strongly recommend that you insure it for its full value since we cannot assume responsibility or allow credit for returned items that have been damaged in shipping. Returned items shipped after the 7-day period, or returned without a Return Authorization may be refused or charged a minimum 25% restocking fee.
